Cartoonist: Obra Maestro
Obra Maestro is a teacher-illustrator, digital artist and cartoonist from Pangasinan. He makes illustrations for DepEd's learning materials. He also works as an editorial cartoonist in local newspapers Northern Times and Pangasinan Star. His editorial cartoons aim to inform, inspire and move people to take action on the current issues in the country.
