Before this year ends, the Junior Philippine Economics Society (JPES) will be holding a virtual fundraising concert to help Internally Displaced Filipinos.
This upcoming December 18, 2021, JPES will be joined by various performers from the Philippines for the event entitled, “Pagsibol: Ahon Bakwit; An Online Benefit Concert” to raise funds for the beneficiary Ako Bakwit which will be streamed on Facebook. Christmas is a time for sharing and giving. As the premier confederation of undergraduate economics organizations in the country, the Junior Philippine Economics Society takes the lead in bringing passion, commitment, and excellence to the Filipino youth by organizing an event that promotes youth advocacies and supports economic groups and the Original Pinoy Music (OPM) industry while raising monetary donations for the annual outreach program and of course, to call upon the true spirit of Christmas.
This Christmas season, tara na at sumibol. Join us in this cause for justice, dignity, and the right to life. Ahon Bakwit.
The Junior Philippine Economics Society would also like to thank the generous sponsors and partners of this event.
